Xmas Delivery

Christmas deliveries may take longer this year due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions and record parcel volumes.

To give your orders the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas, send as early as you can. The recommended post-by dates no later than 12 Dec 2020.

No orders deliveries will take place from 25 Dec 2020 to 28 Dec 2020.

To protect staff and customers during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic, Australia Post have made the decision to remove signature on delivery. As a result you may not be required to sign for delivery of your order until further notice

Please Notes! There may be a delay in your online orders due to high demand.

Delivery and shipping via Australia Post on business days and not on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated time of Standard delivery:

  • Metro areas is 3-5 Business Days
  • Rural areas is 5-7 Business Days

Currently, we ONLY offer standard delivery in Australia wide.

Orders over AU$50.00 will be delivered Free of shipping charge. We will do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. We can only provide with an estimated delivery date from post. On a rare occasion, orders can arrive out of the estimated timeframe.

     *During sales or promotional events, delivery may take longer than the stated delivery time.

     *Order will be dispatched pending credit card authorization, verification and availability of stocks.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Visit the Australia Post Website and enter in the tracking number to track your parcel.

The tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear on the Australia Post website once you receive your tracking number email.

If you provided your mobile phone number, you will also receive text from Australia Post with updates on your delivery.
