Delivery and shipping via Australia Post on business days and not on weekends or public holidays.

• Rural areas is 5-7 Business Days

Currently, we ONLY offer standard delivery in Australia wide.

Orders over AU$50.00 will be delivered Free of shipping charge. We will do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. We can only provide with an estimated delivery date from post. On a rare occasion, orders can arrive out of the estimated timeframe.

     *During sales or promotional events, delivery may take longer than the stated delivery time.

     *Order will be dispatched pending credit card authorization, verification and availability of stocks.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Visit the Australia Post Website and enter in the tracking number to track your parcel.

The tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear on the Australia Post website once you receive your tracking number email.

If you provided your mobile phone number, you will also receive text from Australia Post with updates on your delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return You can return any item within 14 days of purchase, but please make sure that:

• the item was purchased on Siifashion.com.au
• the item is unworn
• the item with the original tags still attached and without any damage;
• the item in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

Log in My Account, select item(s) you would like to return, then fill out the information required.

You will be responsible for paying for own shipping costs for returning your item, except in the case of faulty products.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of faulty products.

All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Sii.

Exchange

We are not able to offer an exchange on returned item(s).

If you would like other items, then you will need to place a new order.
